The home should be empty or nearly empty. Move in/out cleaning is designed for properties without furniture, personal belongings, or clutter. This allows our team to access all surfaces, baseboards, closets, and cabinets for thorough cleaning.

If your home still has furniture or belongings, we recommend scheduling a Deep Cleaning instead.

When to Schedule Move In/Out Cleaning

Moving Out (Sellers or Renters Leaving)

Before your final walkthrough or inspection:
Ensure your old home is left in pristine condition — whether you're selling, ending a lease, or transferring ownership. A spotless home helps secure your security deposit, makes a great final impression on buyers, and fulfills lease obligations.
