• Priehl Cleaning does NOT guarantee the removal of stains, such as rust or mildew, caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
• All areas are expected to be free of clutter.
• We require notification of items or surfaces that require special care.
• We are NOT responsible for damage resulting from any fault or improper installation of any item.
• All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors, concrete floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
• Furniture on wood floors is assumed to be properly protected.

Notice

• We only clean inside windows and blinds that can be reached with a 2-step ladder.
• For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning. Example of jobs are Construction, Remodeling, or other jobs that can interfere with providing our services.
• The presence of other workers or an excess of people in the house may make the estimate inaccurate.
• Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
• No heavy furniture will be moved.
